GET TO KNOW ME

The Butterfly Has Emerged

Hey there!! My name is Natasha Pennant. I am a single mother turned entrepreneur, certified health and wellness coach, published author, motivational speaker, and plant-based food advocate. Most importantly I am a heart disease/transplant survivor. (Whoop-whoop!!) I am also a Go Red for Women Ambassador with the American Heart Association.

I am the owner of several businesses and programs that aim to help others along their path in life. The Health Conscious Diva, LLC,  Purple Sol Kitchen, Let’s Go Plant-Based, Ascentify Consulting Firm and more.

I have had the pleasure of hosting my own health and wellness event called HYPED (Helping Your People Excel Deeply) in Health, a FREE community event where people come to learn more about different health practices, participate in workouts and shop from local vendors for healthy products.

I have come from a long journey of fighting off illnesses and having to overcome things I never thought I would have to. As a result, I make sure to give my all to each person I come in contact with as I help them progress. I live my life with great gratitude and do my best at paying forward.
