Our Story

Welcome To Purple Sol Kitchen

Purple Sol Kitchen was founded by Natasha Pennant aka The Health Conscious Diva to help people who have the desire to cook and eat healthier meals. Knowing that chronic illnesses are on the rise, she took to the very source that helped her to combat her own heart disease, preparing and cooking plant-based foods, and created classes to educate the masses. 

We provide interactive cooking classes in an intimate environment. We teach our students that cooking healthy foods does not have to be intimidating. There is no need to eat foods that taste like cardboard.  With a little flavor and lots of love your relationship with healthy foods will revolutionize your at home cooking regime.

The investment for a Purple Sol Kitchen Social is $45 per person.  Space is limited. Be sure to reserve a seat. Schedules and meal plans are subject to change. Locations of classes will be distributed 3 days prior to the class date.
