So I’m searching around my house and find that I have a plethora of cookbooks with so many recipes I have yet to try. Since I now have an audience following what I do and learning from me, I decided that I would do a tried and true section for all to follow. I picked up the cookbooks because they appealed to my mind for healthy eating but does that mean they will appeal to my taste-buds?
This is something we will have to see. I am such a picky eater so who better to test foods and have them taste great! I am always up for trying new healthy things. I can’t tell you how many recipes we have to go through.
I will be putting these tried and true recipes on YouTube in a series called “Rock With It Or Not With It” so you can view them. I have decided to do at minimum 1 recipe per week. This will allow me to get the ingredients and photograph and film the process. I promise to give credit to each book and author as we go along. Remember, I may not like something but you may, so my opinion is not the be all end all!
